My real estate journey began in California in 1988, where I invested in rental properties and renovated homes long before real estate investing became mainstream. After successfully navigating multiple market cycles and gaining decades of hands-on investment experience, I relocated to Charlotte, North Carolina, in 2006. Within a year, I earned my real estate licenses in both North Carolina and South Carolina and quickly established myself as one of the area's top-performing Realtors®.

Throughout my career, I have consistently ranked among the company's top-producing agents while earning numerous awards for sales performance and customer satisfaction. More importantly, the majority of my business continues to come from repeat clients and personal referrals—a testament to the relationships I've built and the trust I've earned over the years.
